Water Shut Down Aug. 15th and 16th

To accommodate the tie in of the new hot water heaters serving all kitchens and baths from the 30^th to 55^th floors, there will be a scheduled water shut down on Monday, August 15 and Tuesday, August 16 between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

The shutdown will affect all hot and cold water lines in all units and all kitchens and baths from the 30^th to the 55^th floors.

The plumbers have advised the shut off may not be needed on Tuesday. We will send an e-blast and text if this is this case. (see below to join up)

For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
