Monday January 14, 2019 7:30PM

Monday January 14th at 7:30PM in the 2nd Floor Party Room, the PTCA Board will host a Special meeting of the Unit Owners with the purpose of discussing and answering questions about the proposed budget for the Association’s 2019/2020 fiscal year. This will be followed by a regularly scheduled Board Meeting to conduct Association business and to address any other matter that properly comes before the Board.

All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us.

Also, the next regular Board Meetings are scheduled for Monday January 28th and February 11th at 7:30PM. The next Resident Forum is scheduled for Saturday February 2nd at 11am.

All Meetings and Forums are held in the 2nd Floor Party Room, unless otherwise posted.

In case you missed it, the Chicago Tribune came out with a detailed investigative report this weekend regarding the financial malfeasance underlying the 2025 closure of Weiss Hospital and the 2026 closure of West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
