Weather permitting, this wall along the Breakers driveway, immediately to our south, will undergo work approved earlier in the year by the PT Board. It will take roughly 4 work weeks to complete.
There will be noise from time to time while this work is underway. Scaffolding will be in place along the wall and workers will be coming and going each work day.
Dust will be noticeable, especially in windy conditions, when grinders are being used to cut out old mortar and bricks where it is needed.
This location will insulate the work from most of the building. But lower level units along the southeast exposure – particularly ’01, ’02 and ’03 units, and anyone using the 2nd Floor Deck, will here and see work underway from time to time.
