To accommodate a replacement of the water shut off valves serving this riser, there will be a scheduled water shut down to all units from 30th to 55th floors. This will take place on Tuesday March 28, 2017 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. This shutdown will affect all hot and cold water lines serving all kitchens and bathrooms from the 30th to the 55th floors.
Following this, for just the ’02 Kitchens and ’04 Bathrooms, daily shut downs will continue for the duration of the project while plumbing work is being done, consistent with the notices Owners and Residents of those units received.
