Both paper statements and electronic statements, which are distributed through a 3rd Party, are not yet available. If you are registered for e-statements, and log in to www.estmt.net, you will still see your past statements for up to 6 months, but October is not yet reflecting.
We’ve been told that they are troubleshooting this issue and hope to have it resolved and begin distributing soon. Updates will be posted once we know more.
Owners can still log in to the online Rent Cafe Owner Portal, (Click the ‘Payment’ option above on the PTCondo Menu), and view their account and make payments electronically. This is assuming you have registered for the Rent Cafe Owner Portal, which is separate from the estmt.net platform.

For the time being, late fees will be temporarily suspended. Once this is resolved we will publish a new grace period deadline for October. Payment does still need to be made and all other collections procedures will be followed.
