As work got underway, residents likely noticed additional locations of the lobby ceiling were addressed. This includes an area on the North side of the lobby below the ’08/’09 tier.
Also, as work got underway beneath the low rise mailbox side under the ’03 tier, as the repair team started scraping the ceiling to prep the damaged area, they found conditions that were worse than expected. So work is expected to continue Friday and Monday.

Due to circumstances out of their control, the contractor hired to do the ceiling repairs was forced to reschedule the work. This is work is planned for an area of the lobby ceiling above the location of the low-rise mailboxes.
The work is now expected to take place Tuesday and Wednesday February 13th and 14th.

Damage from past leaking from a water line below the ’03 tier will be repaired. This location is in the vicinity of the low-rise mailboxes. Work is expected to occur between 8am and 5pm each day, Tuesday and Wednesday. They expect they may be done sooner than 5pm on Tuesday.
While workers are present and the repairs are being made, please use caution coming and going from this area.
