Air duct cleaning and routine repairs in the laundry room have been scheduled to begin Monday night March 1st at 10pm through Tuesday morning, March 2nd at 5am.
Our maintenance team scheduled professional cleaning of all the ducts and airways serving the laundry room and dryers. This will be done overnight and into the early morning hours to reduce inconvenience to residents. Our staff will also complete a thorough cleaning of the space. They expect to be completed with the effort by 5am Tuesday morning, after which the space will be reopened.
This work is being done for proper care of the facility, and to maintain good performance of the dryers so users have the best experience possible operating the machines. We appreciate all residents’ patience and understanding while this work is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience or interruption to your routine this may cause.
