Spooky season is here! Whether your little ghouls and goblins are exploring our hallways or heading out to trick-or-treat around the neighborhood, here are a few simple tips to help everyone have a safe and fun Halloween evening.
Participating Units: If you plan on welcoming little visitors to your door, a list of participating households will be available at the lobby front desk starting Friday October 30th by 4pm.
Accompany Our Youngest Guests: All minor children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian while navigating building hallways and elevators.
Be Mindful of Lobby & Elevators: It can be busy on Halloween evening. Please be patient, keep groups tidy near the elevators, and watch out for costumes with long capes or bulky props in tight spaces.
Light Up the Night: Chicago autumn evenings get dark quickly! Outfit costumes with reflective tape, glow sticks, or hand out flashlights so drivers can easily spot kids along the sidewalk.
Stick to Well-Lit Streets: Stay on familiar, well-populated neighborhood blocks with good sidewalk lighting. Avoid cutting through unlit alleys or unfamiliar pathways.
Cross Safely: Always cross streets at designated crosswalks and intersections. Remind kids never to dart out from between parked cars.
Inspect Treats at Home: Establish the golden rule that all candy and treats wait until you are safely back home to be inspected. Discard any opened, unwrapped, damaged or suspicious items.

If you plan to participate and invite trick or treaters to your door, a sign-up sheet will be at the front desk starting Friday October 23rd – please add your name, Unit # and signature on the sheet or email us at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com by Friday October 30th at 3PM.
Trick or Treating? Haunting of the hallways will be allowed between 5pm to 8pm on Saturday October 31st. The list of participating units will be available at the Front Desk or Management Office after 4pm on October 30th. ALL Trick or Treaters must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
