This goes for our drivers, any guests, and clients and employees of the mall businesses. This is particularly important as drivers are exiting the garage!
The concrete repair team, other drivers, myself and other members of the staff as well as the Management team and some of our neighbors at 5445, have observed drivers almost “t-boning” as parkers are coming up and exiting the ramp. Almost every single driver IS NOT STOPPING! When we learned about this problem, we installed the below stop sign directly in front of the ramp as a visual cue to stop.
PLEASE OBSERVE THE SIGNAGE IN THESE LOCATIONS – SLOW DOWN AND STOP BEFORE PROCEEDING INTO THE DRIVEWAY!
Residents who may be having guests (or Commercial units with clients or employees) who will be parking – please warn them to drive with caution and stop where there are stop signs before proceeding.
