Monday October 24th at 7:30PM, in the 2nd Floor Party Room, all Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us when the Board is scheduled to conduct Association business and any matters which properly come before the Board.

As of the drafting of this notice, the Board is planning only to discuss and consider proposals for replacement of the lobby revolving doors.

Also, there are Owner Forums before and after the meeting, and Owners are welcome to participate with questions, comments and feedback.

The next regular Board Meeting is scheduled for November 14th at 7:30PM, and Board Meetings with the Budget & Finance Commission are planned for Saturday November 5th, 12th & 19^th.

The next Resident Forum is scheduled for Thursday October 27th. All such events are open to Owners AND residents, and planned to be held in the 2nd Floor Party Room.

In case you missed it, the Chicago Tribune came out with a detailed investigative report this weekend regarding the financial malfeasance underlying the 2025 closure of Weiss Hospital and the 2026 closure of West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops. The majority of the complaints have focused on the heavily used bus stop and bus shelter across from Aldi and Target, at the corner of Sunnyside and Broadway.Reader AK sent the following photos to illustrate the situation.
