The PTCA Board of Directors will begin meeting this Saturday to start the review process for the 2018/2019 budget.

All meetings will be held in the 2^nd Floor Party Room unless otherwise posted, with the exception of Meeting #3, to be held in the Mall Atrium, under the skylight.

Schedule and Agenda of anticipated topics for discussion as follows:

Sat. Nov. 4, 2017 @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #1 – Categories: Expenses – Administrative, Contracted Operating, General Operating, and Maintenance/Repairs, and Recreational.

Sat. Nov. 11, 2017 @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #2 – Categories: Garage Income and Garage Expenses, Revenue and Reserves.

Sat. Nov. 18, 2017 – @ 9am to 12pm – Meeting #3 – Assessments, and Final Review and Questions (TO BE HELD IN Mall Atrium Under Skylight), and Payroll and Legal Expenses during Closed Session at end of Open Meeting. Closed Session to be held in Management Office.
