UPDATED Friday April 22nd
The bike room is now back open!
The staff is still addressing some issues with the door. However – PLEASE REMEMBER, New Decals Are Being Issued This Year. Please be sure to stop into the office to coordinate your updated registration and get a new sticker. Parkers with new stickers may return to their assigned space.

Registration is underway. We are using this opportunity to thoroughly audit and update our records. Please, make sure you stop in if you have not already, to get your new decal and complete an updated form for our database.
UPDATED Thursday April 21st
The staff is finishing up a few loose ends and our security system vendor needs to make an unexpected repair to the door and fob control to the bike room. We now expect this to wrap up by noon tomorrow.
Bikes which have an updated registration and new sticker for this year, will be able to return to the room at that time.
UPDATED Thursday March 17th
Bike Registration for 2022 will get underway the week prior to the repairs (April 11th – April 15th) and continue up to April 21st. In order to return your bike to the bike room, you will need to complete your 2022 registration and place the new sticker on your bike.
Since the room will be completely emptied, it creates the ideal opportunity for us to complete the registrations for the year, and to audit the stalls.
You are welcome to get a head start. Josh in the office will be coordinating registration. Just e-mail him at jwold@habitat.com. We have not gotten the new stickers yet, but we can make sure your registration is ready to go. The new stickers should be available the week of April 11th.
Bikes may be returned to their stalls until the new sticker is in place.
All Bikes Need To Be Removed
Monday April 18th through Thursday April 21st
All bicycles will need to be removed for the week of Monday April 18th 8am through Thursday April 21st. This is to accommodate ceiling plumbing repairs and a thorough clean out of the Bike Room, which includes spray washing of the floor and walls, beneath and around the racks, some maintenance and repairs to the racks, and touch up painting.
Any bikes remaining after 8am will be removed by the staff, which will result in a $50 work order charge and $25 storage fee to the corresponding Unit. The Association, Board of Directors, staff and management will not accept responsibility for the cost of any locks that need to be cut or forcibly removed. We will only hold bikes for 30 days after which they will be donated to charity.
Please plan for alternative storage of your bike for these 4 days, to avoid the fees, loss of your lock and potential damage to your bike that may result from the process. We expect bikes will be able to return by 5pm on Thursday April 21st.
