Board President Michael Parrie called the meeting to order at 6:32pm and confirmed a quorum of Board Members were present.
Summary Of Discussion
As provided by Section 18(a)(9) of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, the Board met exclusively in Closed Session to review and discuss matters presented by the Association’s legal counsel with regard to pending litigation. In compliance with the Act, no votes were taken, and no binding decisions were made during this closed session. Any final action or ratification required as a result of these discussions will be voted upon during a future, properly noticed open session of the Board.
Adjournment
There being no further business to discuss, the September 28, 2026 Closed Session of the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors was adjourned at 7:05pm.
