Demand has increased to place ads in the Weekly “PT News and Updates” Newsletter, for private businesses and events. We are happy to promote this service as a great resource and opportunity for Owners, residents and businesses to communicate and do targeted marketing. Our Newsletter has about 1350 e-mail addresses subscribed. However it is additional work and can distract from the main purpose of the Newsletter, which is to get Association notices and information out to Owners and residents.
To help manage this there is now a fee schedule:
1 Time Ad – $15
1 Month Ad – $25
3 Month Ad – $55
Ideally, any ads should be presented to us as a PDF or JPEG. Those will convert over online with the best quality. Owners can have fees assessed to their account, and renters and businesses can provide a cashier’s check or money order for payment.
We realize this may dampen demand for ads which you may have become used to. That’s part of our strategy of course. We’ve had numerous inquiries lately, which could result in far more space being taken up by ads than actual Association related business. The alternative is to take advantage of our “Classifieds” page on the website, which is free for Owners. (https://www.ptcondo.com/awpcp/)
