Mother nature has not cooperated. But as we have openings in the weather, our window washing team anticipates working on the building.
As posted in the original notice, we’ve asked they start with the ’06, ’05 and ’04 tiers. Otherwise, they typically work in Unit Number order, counterclockwise around the tower.
As always, this work is very weather sensitive. Rain and wind conditions can result in delay. And changes in weather conditions while work is underway would force them to stop.
Should the weather cooperate, it typically takes 5 business days for them to finish.
Contact the office with any questions.
We received confirmation that our window washing team is set to start cleaning our windows, as long as mother nature cooperates.
Barring high winds or rainy conditions, they will begin on Monday and continue daily until finished. In perfect conditions they could be finished by Friday May 18. However, that pace rarely happens, as we know. Weather tends to get in the way. Should there be a delay we will update this post. Should they get underway and be delayed by weather, when they return to the job they generally pick up where they left off.
This season we asked the window washers to begin with the ’06, ’05 and ’04 tiers, at the northeast corner of PT, due to the leaking earlier this week. Then they tend to work their way around the building counterclockwise. If so they would be ending at the ‘o2 tier and ’01 corner and South side facing exposure of the building. However, conditions on the ground and in the air (such as wind speed and direction) may force them to work a particular exposure rather than another.
So on and after May 14th, when you see the ropes being dropped outside your unit, expect that weather permitting they will be making it down to clean your windows.
