Since October, weather conditions have prevented our Window Washing team from making any progress. For the most part wind and precipitation have kept them from scheduling any work, with the exception of only a handful of East facing tiers one day in late October.

As weather may permit, we expect to see them return and complete the remaining tiers. With cooperative weather, the window washing could be completed within about 3 to 4 working days.

Weather Permitting

Barring high winds or rainy conditions, our window washing team with Corporate Cleaning anticipate beginning on Monday October 28^th and will continue each business day until finished. In perfect conditions they could be finished by the end of the week, November 1st. However, that pace rarely happens as weather tends to get in the way. Should there be a delay we will update this post. Should they get underway and be delayed by weather, when they return to the job they generally pick up where they left off.

We ask the window washers to begin with the ’01, ’02 and ’04 tiers, at the southeast corner of PT, and work their way around the building counterclockwise, so it is easier to set your expectations. If so they would be ending at the ’03 tier, the Southwest facing exposure of the building. However, conditions on the ground and in the air (such as wind speed and direction) may force them to work a particular exposure rather than another.

So on and after October 28th, when you see the ropes dropping outside your unit, expect that weather permitting they will be making it down to clean your windows.

After they complete your tier, please report any problems as immediately as possible. Pursuant to our agreement with Corporate Cleaning, we only have 7 days to report and address any problems or deficiencies.
