Weather has obviously been an obstacle to getting the windows washed. Progress has been slow going even on nicer days, due to the wind. For the safety of the workers and pedestrians below, conditions must be favorable in order for them to repel from the roof as they do to conduct this work.
They will get around to each tier eventually. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we await cooperative weather.
We received confirmation that our window washing team will be cleaning our windows, as long as mother nature cooperates.

Barring high winds or rainy conditions, they will begin on Wednesday and continue each business day until finished. In perfect conditions they could be finished by the middle to end of the following week, September 28th. However, that pace rarely happens, as we know. Weather tends to get in the way. Should there be a delay we will update this post. Should they get underway and be delayed by weather, when they return to the job they generally pick up where they left off.
We ask the window washers to begin with the ’01, ’02 and ’04 tiers, at the southeast corner of PT, and work their way around the building counterclockwise, so it is easier to set your expectations. If so they would be ending at the ‘o3 tier next week on Southwest facing exposure of the building. However, conditions on the ground and in the air (such as wind speed and direction) may force them to work a particular exposure rather than another.
So on and after September 19th, when you see the ropes being dropped outside your unit, expect that weather permitting they will be making it down to clean your windows.
