UPDATED December 10th – The window washing has continued to be on hiatus for 2 primary reasons:

1. The weather has been too turbulent. When it is not raining, it is too windy. It does appear we may get a window of ok weather next week. So cross your fingers.

2. We had negative feedback from the first few drops they completed on the south side of the building, so we held a meeting and inspected several units. The vendor is making some adjustments to try to improve the finished product. They will be redoing all the drops they completed. So, if you saw them already over the past three weeks, they will be returning.

We appreciate everyone’s patience. For a tower the size of PT conditions have to be just right for the safety of the workers. The timing this year with scheduled washings and weather conditions has been a challenge to navigate.

PREVIOUSLY POSTED November 24th:

Our holiday season window washing is on the radar. The weather (obviously) is not cooperating to get us a concrete window of time very soon.

It is our goal to get window washing completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. However, if that is not possible, we hope by early December. We very tentatively have this scheduled to begin toward the end of next week – but due to the present weather and forecast, unfortunately it’s a moving target.
