The computer there now has been in place for many years, and just stopped working. We struggled with it for a while trying to get it to operational, but after our IT tech looked at it, we were told it needed to be replaced for a variety of reasons. Suffice to say a lot has changed since it was originally installed. Not only the technology but as we all know the speed of our internet service.
Getting the proper replacement has been more of a chore than we expected and we even had to return the first monitor we purchased. But we are actively working on it and hope to have a new monitor installed soon.
We realize this is a convenience many residents have come to enjoy, and we apologize for the disruption.
