PT Board of Directors Looking For Residents Help, as the contract end date for cable and internet services through RCN is on approach!

The present RCN contract for bulk cable TV and internet service, expires March 31, 2019. The Association is beginning the process of considering what to do next, so that a plan is in place in advance of that date.

At the March 12th, 2018 Board Meeting, the Board decided to form a task force of owners and residents to begin considering whether to renew the RCN contract or to gear up to put the contract out to bid and potentially change to another provider. Such a task force may conduct research into available services, meet with vendors, consider perhaps conducting a survey of residents (also done 5 years ago when the RCN contract was renewed and bulk internet was integrated), and ultimately make recommendations to the Board.
