A Virtual New Resident Meeting Will Be Held On ZOOM Online Wednesday May 20th at 7pm
A new resident meeting, required for all new occupants at Park Tower, will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 7PM via ZOOM Meetings online. THE FIRST STEP, please stop by the Lobby Front Desk to pick up your New Resident Packet. The doorman will have a check list including your name so you can pick up the packet with meeting materials.

AS EVERYONE JOINS, they will be put into a waiting room, until the Meeting Host admits you.
The New Resident Committee looks forward to our new residents participation to help you learn more about Park Tower, key rules and regulations, and also to receive other materials such as a 30 day complimentary pass to the Park Tower Health Club. All adult residents of Park Tower are required to attend this meeting in order to be eligible to use amenities such as our Health Club, parking, and the bike room. Once you attend the meeting, your name can be added to the Park Tower Residents List, the mailbox and any wait lists for parking, bike spaces, and our e-mail list.
Attending such a meeting is typically required within two months of moving in, otherwise the Unit Owner can be assessed a $50.00 monthly violation fee per registered resident, which doubles each month until the meeting has been attended up to $200/month. However, because of the COVID-19 Health Emergency, we’ve reset the clock for all new occupants on our list.
