A Virtual New Resident Meeting Will Be Held On ZOOM Online Wednesday May 20^th at 7pm

A new resident meeting, required for all new occupants at Park Tower, will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 7PM via ZOOM Meetings online.  THE FIRST STEP, please stop by the Lobby Front Desk to pick up your New Resident Packet. The doorman will have a check list including your name so you can pick up the packet with meeting materials.

NEXT, There are three easy ways to join the meeting online May 20^th at 7PM:

1. On a computer, pad or smartphone go to www.ZOOM.com. On the menu, you will see “Join A Meeting”. It will ask you download and launch the app, just follow all the prompts. It then asks for a Meeting ID#, enter 881-1512-5294. You will continue to follow the prompts, add your name and connect with audio and video. OR
2. If you would rather not download the app, there is a link for the meeting, just enter in your browser: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88115125294 You’ll be prompted to access their web based app. It will not leave a permanent version of it on your computer, pad or smart phone. Once you get to the meeting site, it will ask you to enter your name and share your computer video and audio. Just follow all the prompts. OR
3. JOIN BY PHONE – you can join via conference call. You call, 1-415-762-9988. It will prompt you for the meeting ID#, followed by #. Then it asks for a participant ID or to just press # to continue. You will just press #. Where you will join the meeting.

AS EVERYONE JOINS, they will be put into a waiting room, until the Meeting Host admits you.

The New Resident Committee looks forward to our new residents participation to help you learn more about Park Tower, key rules and regulations, and also to receive other materials such as a 30 day complimentary pass to the Park Tower Health Club. All adult residents of Park Tower are required to attend this meeting in order to be eligible to use amenities such as our Health Club, parking, and the bike room. Once you attend the meeting, your name can be added to the Park Tower Residents List, the mailbox and any wait lists for parking, bike spaces, and our e-mail list.

Attending such a meeting is typically required within two months of moving in, otherwise the Unit Owner can be assessed a $50.00 monthly violation fee per registered resident, which doubles each month until the meeting has been attended up to $200/month. However, because of the COVID-19 Health Emergency, we’ve reset the clock for all new occupants on our list.
