E-mailing from the website is the best, and believe it or not when we’ve used this contact to report problems, we sometimes hear back from the supervisor at Uptown Station……sometimes. This includes lost or missing parcels, the behavior of the carrier, or any other feedback you want to give them.
The office team uses this method to communicate problems as well. We typically get at least a courtesy response. However, we believe the more people who regularly report problems, the more likely we are to see a change.
