Our bookkeeper, Christopher Rayburn, printed this months AR Report – that is, the report that shows us all account balances, and our team was surprised to find it was several pages longer than it typically is. There were a couple similar problems showing up on a relatively large number of accounts:
We are trying to make as many courtesy calls as we can to remind Owners of these changes. But with regular business it will be near impossible to reach everyone. So, we encourage anyone with an automated payment online to login and check their settings. If necessary, update your monthly payment amount and reset the expiration.
