Board Vice President Michael Parrie called the meeting to order as scheduled at 7:30pm.
Statement of Purpose of Meeting
Michael Parrie explained the purpose of the meeting was for discussion of the proposed budget, mailed to Unit Owners on December 22, 2015. He explained that Board Members present, management and the Finance Committee Chair Paul Groeninger were there to address questions, concerns and feedback from owners. The Board will take the discussion under consideration, and consider adoption of the budget at the next scheduled Board Meeting, Monday January 25, 2016.
Open Floor For Unit Owner Questions and Feedback
Michael Parrie opened the floor for questions and discussion about the proposed 2016/2017 budget.

There being no further questions, comments or discussion, after motion by Unit Owner Jason Kehrl (914), seconded by Unit Owner Laura Carl (3015), the unit owners voted in favor to adjourn the meeting at 8:35PM.
