Dunning Electrical has advised they are calling residents to schedule at a rate of 10 to 15 units at a time. If you miss their call they will move on to the next unit on the list – so installations are occurring on a first contacted/first served basis.
They have asked us to remind residents with window convectors, along the wall where work is being done all the way to the window, PLEASE be sure to move any furniture or personal belongings away from the wall. Anything on the window sill or convector itself should also be moved.
In the 2 bedroom units, for the living room convector, remember you will have to move anything in the way inside of the kitchen pantry. The convectors are located inside the pantry and to make the proper connections, and materials or fixture inside will need to be relocated for them to do the work.
If you are uncertain about what you need to do, call or write our rep at Dunning directly:

If you signed up for the program and did not already receive a call from Dunning, it should be coming very soon. We have about 200 thermostats being installed throughout the building, so it will take some time for them to get to everyone. On average it will take 2 to 3 hours per install, so it could take some time for them to get to everyone.
The first of the new thermostats will begin going in beginning Monday May 9th.
Please Remember – Dunning has asked us to remind residents who are scheduled – on the day your installation is scheduled, please prepare the area discussed with you over the phone where work is being done. Furniture and fixtures will need to be moved so they can access the relevant locations. For liability reasons, they are unable to move any furniture or personal belongings. They should be reviewing this with you when they call to schedule the install.
Once they start work, the job is in their hands and owners are encouraged to deal with them directly with questions or issues that arise:
