This Committee is responsible to consider alleged violations of the Association’s governing documents, such as the Rules and Regulations Handbook and the Declaration & Bylaws. Owners who may have committed a violation are invited to a hearing before the Committee. Committee members consider information raised at the hearing, deliberate on information provided related to such alleged violations and make recommendations to the Board on how to address the matter.
The Committee typically meets once per month for between one to two hours, and meetings are scheduled as a group so they are as convenient as possible for members to attend.
