On behalf of the entire staff, I would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all our residents and Owners who contributed to this years Employee Holiday Fund.

We had more donors, and collected more dollars, by far, then we have at anytime in the past decade. And probably more than ever prior to that, only I was not managing the fund at that time, so I can’t say for sure. All together, there were 233 donors, whose contributions combined for a total collection of $22,190. For comparison sake, last year we collected approximately $18,800, which at that time was the most ever collected for the staff. Year over year, that is about a 15% increase.

Considering everything residents and owners lived through over the last two years, with water shut downs, repairs in the lobby and the lingering work in the plaza and driveway, we see this increase in contributions as a huge show of appreciation. There has been a lot more work to do the past couple years, and as the building ages we expect there will be challenging times to come for the staff and the Park Tower community. We greatly respect your recognition of our efforts and thank you for the show of support and gratitude especially at the time of year when it means the most and can make such a big difference.
