Management and the Building Plumber have devised a preliminary schedule for this fiscal year’s planned Riser Replacement Projects.

Following is a tentative schedule, with key dates and activities in conjunction with each Riser; please note these are subject to change. Residents and Owners should watch for formal letters, notices and project calendars, which are issued once our team gets plans laid out and in place for work to commence:

Work Begins Monday May 18th 2020 – Major Completion Thursday July 2nd 2020

Initial Notice – The Week of March 2nd 2020

Pre-project Inspections – Thursday April 9th & Friday April 10th 2020

Preparatory Letters To Owners and Resident – The Week of April 13th 2020

Town Hall Meeting – Monday May 4th 6:30pm 2020

’06 Kitchens from the 30th to 55th Floors

Work Begins Monday September 14th 2020 – Major Completion Friday October 23rd 2020

The initial notices will include more detail, including a schedule of activities during the project, and more information regarding the inspections of each unit, which need to occur in advance of each project.
