Unit Owner accounts are now reflecting the correct charges for March. The team at Habitat posted the billing and statements were printed and mailed. We also received confirmation that e-statements are available, and have been e-mailed this morning, Friday February 28th.
DUE TO THE DELAY in releasing this months statements, the grace period for payments will be extended to Monday March 17th at 5pm.
REMINDER – the new fiscal year begins on March 1st, which includes the approved adjustment to assessments of 3.8% and increases in other fees. For more information about the budget changes, Click Here.

While our bookkeeper was conducting a routine review of monthly reports through our accounting system, he discovered that upcoming charges for March were not being processed correctly. This would result in balance discrepancies being printed on the statement and in online ledgers in Habitat’s Rent Cafe platform.
Habitat is currently working to correct this problem and we are awaiting word on when accurate balances and statements will be ready. In the mean time, the grace period will be extended for a reasonable period once this is resolved and statements are ready.
Just to reassure everyone, this only impacted future charges. February charges and those prior all appear to be accurate.
We thank our Owners for their patience while this is handled. We will provide updates when they are available.
