Angel Wilson

Angel is form Chicago, and started working at Park Tower in February of 2023. She works Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm. She spends her spare time with family, and being the head of her family has days set aside just for them, like taco Tuesday, Friday game night and Sunday’s include morning worship and Sunday dinner’s. Although she hasn’t traveled she keeps a to do list of places and things I would like to go and do. She spends her quiet time listening to gospel music, and has a great eye for decorating. She likes to spend time watching videos on decorating and interior home design and DIY videos, with a goal set to complete a plan to extend her talent and skills in design and decorating for others.

Maurice Miller

Maurice has been with Park Tower since April 2023. His typical shift is the Thursday through Saturday 11pm to 7am.  He is from Chicago, but was raised in Houston. Maurice is a father of four. He likes to watch sports and spend time with his children.

Lugenia Lockett

Lugenia started in February 2022 and works Sunday through Wednesday 11pm to 7am and Saturday from 7am to 3pm. She grew up on the Northside of Chicago, in a big family with 7 siblings. In her spare she loves to hang out with family and friends, and eat out at different restaurants in Chicago. Her hidden talent is singing. She grew up singing lead sometimes in the church choir. She has a great love for dogs, and while not a dog mom yet she hopes to be soon!

Ken Hill

Ken joined us in June 2021 and works Sunday from 7am to 3pm, and Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 11pm. He told us he’s an aspiring film writer and playwright, author and podcast host. He enjoys computer coding and movies.

Daniel Klimczak

Daniel started in October 2022 and works Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm. Most people call him Danny. He’s from Chicago and an aspiring author, screenwriter and cinematographer. In his spare time he loves to write, take photos, and paint. His favorite hobbies are writing, playing the guitar, filming and gaming.

Efrain Santana

Known by the team simply as “Santana”, but not be confused by the famed guitarist of the same name, Efrain joined the PT team in January of 2016. While he does not play the guitar, he specializes in electrical work and is typically the janitor you’ll see working on electrical related tasks when needed.

Vladymyr “Wally” Ivanyshyn

Wally joined the team in March 2018, and is very happy to be a part of the Park Tower family. He likes to hit the trails on his bike and going fishing. He has been doing construction for sometime helping friends and family maintain their property. He also enjoys TV and movies, and listening to music. INTERESTING FACT, he has a twin that is five minutes younger than he is and they are opposite in every possible way, from appearance to personality.

Eleocadio Jimenez

“Leo” is Mexican by birth, lives in Chicago with his wife and two children, and has run in several Chicago Marathons.

George Solayman

On his own time, George is the proud owner of 2 six flats. But here, he is the service ticket work horse – expert screen-replacer, closet door fixer, and trouble-shooter extraordinaire.

Maria Silva

Maria works Thursday through Monday, first shift 7am to 3:30pm – she has worked at Park Tower since 2015, taking care of the lobby, mall and healthclub. On her free time she likes to cook and shop.

Dilan Malagon

Dilan Started at park tower in October 26th 2021. On his off time he enjoys playing and listening to music, playing video games and reading books. He also cherishes his pet gecko.

Szymon (Simon) Szuster

Szymon works a swing shift, first Friday through Sunday 2:30pm to 11pm, and Monday and Tuesday 10:30pm to 7am. Szymon has worked at Park Tower since September 9th,2020. When he’s not at work he enjoys golfing and enjoying quality time with his family and friends.

James White

James joined the team in July 2023. He’s from the southside of Chicago. He worked in security for 22 years, and channel 7 news for 17 years. He went through the Local #1 SEIU Trade program and finished a 2 year apprenticeship and 10 week janitorial program. He enjoys sports, reading books and the Bible.

Humberto Martinez

Humberto joined the team in September 2024. In his free time he likes to play soccer and go to the gym. He enjoys spending time with family on the weekends. And he believes himself to be a bit of a “history buff”.

Steven Thomas

A Chicago native , Steven Thomas enjoys life in the Big city. Steven has been in the janitorial trade for over 10 years. Currently a helper C, Steven is attending class to become a Helper A and is training here to achieve that goal. He enjoys his work above all. On his free time he likes long walks with his dog, reading and exploring the city.

Ismail Aliu

Ismail hails from Kosovo in Europe, and moved to the USA in 1989. He joined the team in January of 2024 having worked in maintenance prior to that for more than 10 years. He is grateful to be a part of the Park Tower team on the infamous graveyard shift! That’s 3rd shift overnight. If you are out and about late, he will be cleaning the lobby, elevators and other common areas.

David Kazarian

David joined the team in July of 2007 after he moved here from San Francisco, his home for many years. He doubles as an owner and employee, working Monday thru Friday 6am to 2pm as an attendant, and assisting the office with membership processing. He works on weekdays, 6am to 1pm in the pool area

Hernando Beltran

My name is Hernando Beltran, I’m from Ecuador. In my spare time I like bicycling, sports, and enjoying my pet finches.

Oscar Fantauzzi

Oscar joined the team in May of 2021 and works in the pool area on Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 11pm. He was born in Sicily Italy and raised in Cuba. He retired from US Military where he studied Avionics and engineering for 20 years. He has three daughters and joined his families real estate and jewelry business. He owns several 3 flats and designs high end jewelry. He also earned a Hospitality & Management certification while working in customer service industry at The Palmer House. He also worked as a Doorman/Security at The Ritz Carlton for short periods of time and was a certified life guard with CPR Certification.

Sharee Hurd

Sharee joined the team in March of 2021 and works in the pool area on Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 11pm. She loves spending time with her family , traveling, shopping , and cooking for all her family functions.

Paul Delgado

Paul grew up on Halsted Street, has a son in Scottsdale, AZ, and not long ago bowled a 299.

Nicolae “Nick” Dragomir

Nick lives in Chicago with his wife and child and considers himself lucky to also have a mom, sister, and nieces nearby.

Brook Rosy

Brook has a college diploma from an Ethiopian college and attends Truman College to polish up his English.

William Whooper

William is a pure Chicago boy at heart, with a sister and brother who live in town. He loves baseball.

Tihomir Jukic

My name is Tihomir but everyone knows me now by my nickname Tiho 😊. I found the key to success, but it looks like someone changed the lock haha therefore I am pursuing my Bachelor degree in Business Administration. In my free time, you won’t believe, me either, but I am still working 😊, I am your local painting contractor.

Yohannes Seifu

Yohannes works a swing shift in the garage 4pm to 12am Saturday through Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
