Statement of Purpose of Meeting
Board President Michael Parrie, the meeting chair, called the Unit Owner Meeting to order at 7:34pm, and began by explaining the purpose of the meeting to discuss the proposed budget for the PTCA 2021/2022 fiscal year, and to respond to questions and feedback from Unit Owners. He narrated a PowerPoint presentation via ZOOM, highlighting changes in the rate of assessments, parking charges and other items of interest, discussed the $1 charge to be added for Unit Owners receiving mailed paper statements, and reviewed projects anticipated for the upcoming fiscal year to be funded by the reserve.

The Board and Management addressed questions and feedback presented via ZOOM Chat from Unit Owners present, as well as a letter sent via e-mail in advance of the meeting.
Adjournment
There being no further business, after a motion by Monique Fouant Unit 4701, seconded by Sheldon Atovsky Unit 3306, those present in participation voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to adjourn the January 11th 2021 Special Meeting of the Park Tower Condo Association Unit Owners for review of the proposed operating budget for the 2021/2022 fiscal year, at 8:12PM. Michael Parrie indicated the Ayes carried the motion, without objection.
