NOTICE – SPECIAL MEETING OF THE UNIT OWNERS

TO DISCUSS REVISED RULES AND REGULATIONS HANDBOOK

March 9, 2020 at 7:30pm in the 2^nd Floor Party Room

Enclosed (Click Here) for Unit Owner review and consideration, is the revised and proposed Park Tower Condo Association Rules and Regulations Handbook.

In 2019, an Ad Hoc Commission was formed to review the handbook in its entirety. A handful of changes were suggested by Management and members of the Board. After meeting to review and discuss edits and potential changes to the Rules and Regulations, a document was edited and recommended to the Board for review and consideration.

Some of the changes are relatively simple, including incorporating contact information for the new Managing Agent, The Habitat Company, and revising the Fee Schedule to be up to date, and consistent with the budget passed for the fiscal year beginning March 1^st. Other changes are more significant, such as incorporating the policies and procedures for the new Package Room (pages 24 & 25) and providing a clearer definition of what a “Guest” is (page 31). The document was also edited throughout for grammar changes, spelling and formatting, and making language more concise and consistent. To assist with Unit Owner review, a “Red Line/Markup” version of the document will be posted on our website, at www.ptcondo.com, after this Notice has been mailed.

The Board scheduled a Special Meeting of the Unit Owners, to be held prior to the regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting, on Monday March 9^th at 7:30PM. At that time, owners will have an opportunity to comment, ask questions and participate in discussion regarding the proposed rules and regulations. After the Special Meeting, the Board may consider adoption of the handbook.

As of the posting of this announcement, the formal mailing of the notice and handbook is being printed for mailing.
