Impacting Residents From The 3rd to 29th Floors
Work will be done to repair a motor on the domestic hot water heater service. The motor is expected to still be operational at the time, however it is possible there may be some minor fluctuations in temperature as they do the work for. All three will be on at the time of the repair and operational, and any fluctuations should be temporary. Just be aware you may notice during that time frame.
It is possible you won’t notice anything, so this is just a heads up.
Underway and Continuing Thru October
Possible Impacting Upper Floors
Work was approved by the Board and is now underway, for repairs and replacement connected to the air handler serving the hallway make-up air system. (Basically, the mechanicals providing the air blowing into each hallway.)
Our team just wants residents to know that from time to time during weekdays through October, upper floors may here noise related to this work. Contractors are coming and going to make repairs and to replace fixtures which serve the mechanical equipment providing and modifying fresh air that’s forced into the hallways.
