In an effort to quickly communicate information to Park Tower owners and residents we have setup a text notification service. The use of this service is intended for Park Tower Residents and Owners only.

There are three categories to which you can subscribe:

• Emergencies – Fires, floods, active shooters, power outages etc.
  • To subscribe to this notification service, text PTCAalerts to 94253
• Notices – Meetings, business and activity announcements.
  • To subscribe to this notification service, text PTCAnotices to 94253
• Maintenance – Elevator and water outages, repair and construction announcements.
  • To subscribe to this notification service, text PTCAmaintenance to 94253

Park Tower utilizes multiple ways to notify residents, but residents should not wait for or rely exclusively on any single notification system.

• Park Tower Condominium Association and its employees assume no obligation for, and shall not be held liable for, any action taken or omissions made by you in reliance on the information provided, or for the death, personal injury, or damages of any nature resulting from the receipt or failure to receive information from this communication system.
• No single system or technology is perfect – Subscribing to this texting service cannot guarantee that you will receive timely notification.
• Call 9-1-1 incase of an emergency
• As a resident of Park Tower and by subscribing to the text notification service, you are enabling Park Tower to send you notifications and information pertaining to the notification services you subscribe e.g. Emergencies – Fires, floods active shooters, Notices – Meeting, business and activity announcements, Maintenance – elevator and water outages, repairs and construction announcements.
•  Your normal phone and text rates and charges will apply when receiving a message from our notification system. Park Tower Condominium Association assumes no responsibility for these fees or charges.
• Neither Park Tower Condominium Association nor any or its affiliates or employees makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information provided by this system.
• While the Park Tower text notification system is considered effective and efficient, you should not wait for or rely exclusively on the notification system for directives. In the case of emergency or you think you are in danger, you should take appropriate action or call 9-1-1.
• WARNING: Use of this system for any unauthorized purpose, including the adding of false telephone numbers, the unauthorized registration of others’ telephone numbers, and the unauthorized deletion of others’ telephone numbers is prohibited.
