Recent turn over, as well as the completion of Phase 8 of the Garage Project has resulted in several parking spots coming available at one time. Self parking is currently available, including premium, 1p and 2p parking.

Our garage manager Jacquie Smith also reports many residents and Owners on the waitlist she’s contacted are opting out of taking a spot right now, so it looks as if we will have more spots available than interested individuals. We have several spots which have been bypassed by individuals on our waiting list for one reason or another and/or residents who have not gotten back to us in a reasonable amount of time. Also, there are some more secluded spots and locations that would be perfect for anyone with smaller vehicles.

If you are considering parking or interested in a self park spot, please contact Assistant Manager Jacquie Smith at jasmith@habitat.com and she will give you more details and perhaps make an appointment if you would like to view the spots.

We don’t use names and numbers for privacy. So your spot on the list is identified by code – your initials, whether you are an owner or renter, the type of spot you are looking for, and the date you were added. If you want to confirm your spot on the list or have other questions, please send Jacquie a message.

Remember, when there are available spots, we will move quickly contacting individuals on the waiting list. It is important you follow up with us ASAP if you want a spot.
