UPDATED – October 7th

Thanks to the wet weather, commencement of this project has been delayed. The outlook for the coming week appears to be more cooperative, but any outlook or presence of wet weather in the area could delay this work further.

Temporary repairs were done earlier this year to alleviate leaking into the mechanical area and garage below, while our team prepped for the permanent repair.

The permanent repair, is actually complete replacement of this small section of roof, which is adjacent to the deck and just outside the (new) Cardio Room on the 2nd floor. This hugs the ’01, ’02 and ’03 units’ corner of the building.

Weather permitting, we expect this to be completed over the next 2 weeks. If mother nature cooperates, it won’t take long – in fact the bulk of the work can be done in just a few days time. During certain points in the process, their will be some equipment in the Circle Drive, and there will be an elevated level of noise around the work area during the daytime.

The disturbance and any inconvenience should be relatively minimal, though lower level units may hear construction noise from time to time.
