Three of these risers are on deck for this year, and there have been some changes from previous expectations. This is because, we’ve had to consider any problematic conditions we’ve observed over the past year or so. As of now, working closing with our plumber and engineers, the schedule for 2025 is as follows.

Low Zone ’11 Guest Bathroom/’10 Kitchens (Floors 3 to 29)

As we get closer to the Inspection dates, preliminary notices with details and more specific expectations will be distributed. Following the inspections more detailed notices will be released with instructions for Owners and Residents to prepare for the work, and a project calendar.
We are planning to finish the next three in 2026 and the final three in 2027. For a full calendar of our present expectations, Click Here. Expectations may change. As we have approached the tail end of this improvement effort, we’ve had to let our experience with the risers guide our timing. If we are having a line that is having challenging problems such as regular leaking or return line clogs, we may need to move that riser forward.
