Riser Projects Approved By Board

At the March 14th Board Meeting, contracts for the next six Riser Projects expected to take place between 2022 and 2025 were approved.

The contractors were chosen and funding was approved for the next 6 domestic riser replacement projects. These included the low zone (3 to 29) tiers ‘04/’05 and ’06 kitchens and the ’10 kitchens/’11 guest baths. These are expected to be accomplished in 2022/2023.
The high zone (30 to 55) tiers ’11 master baths, ’12 kitchens, the low zone ‘08/’09 kitchens and the high zone ‘09/’10 bathrooms are expected in fiscal year 2024/2025.
Obviously, there are a great deal of variables impacting Projects as challenging and complicated as these. So timing is subject to change.
We do expect initial notices with are target dates and other pertinent information to be released by the end of this month. So watch for updates!
