Initial notices were issued in July, for work on the ’10 Unit Kitchens and the ’11 Unit Guest Bathrooms, expected to begin on Monday August 26th. The building plumber completed inspections of each tier on August 26th and 27th, and letters have been distributed to all Residents and Unit Owners to advise them of the coming project and details they should be aware of, and set expectations as to what our team is doing and what Residents and Owners need to do and prepare for when we get to the Unit.
A Town Hall Meeting to discuss the ’10/’11 Riser Project is scheduled for Wednesday August 7th at 6:30 PM in the Party Room. At this meeting we discuss the history of the Riser Projects and answer Unit Owner and Resident questions. This is our our 8th year of this effort, and we have now completed replacement of half of the domestic hot water risers and branchlines. You’ll learn why this project is being done, the timeline of anticipated activities once we begin in the Unit, and have an opportunity to discuss the work with us and ask questions.
All Residents and Unit Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us for this Town Hall, even if you do not live in a ’10 or ’11 Unit from 30 to 55. While the discussion will be gauged towards this Riser, for those Residents anticipating Riser work down the road, it can be helpful.
