UPDATE – October 7th

Riser Project Suspended On Wednesday October 5th!

Due to circumstances out of our control, most of the work on the Riser Project was delayed on Wednesday October 5th. On Thursday (October 6^th), “DEMO” recommenced on floors 9, 10 and 11. Plumbing will recommence on floors 5 and 6. As of tomorrow, all activity will be pushed one day on the calendar.

Also, by request of multiple residents on the riser, on Wednesday October 12^th, we will be doing very limited work out of respect for the customs of those neighbors who will be observing the Yom Kippur holiday. As of Thursday October 13^th, all activity will then be pushed by two days on the calendar.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by these changes. Once our team reaches the “RECON” phase, they will work to try to make up some of the difference.

We sincerely appreciate residents’ patience and understanding as we make these plumbing improvements.

As scheduled, the project to replace the ’01/’02 low zone riser, from the 3rd to 29th floors is scheduled to begin Monday October 3rd.

For residents in these units, we will be on schedule until Wednesday October 12th.  At that time, the project will be delayed 1 day, by request of multiple Unit Owners due to the Yom Kippur Holiday, which is on October 12th (beginning sundown October 11th). We will not be doing any work or repairs on Wednesday October 12th, in respect of the holiday.

So for those of you who received a calendar, beginning Wednesday October 12th, please understand our anticipated progress will be delayed by one full business day. That means, work we were scheduled to perform on 10/12, will begin on 10/13 (Thursday October 13th), and so on.

Thereafter, we will be off schedule and delayed by one business day.
