EDGEWATER — North Side neighbors in Edgewater and Uptown can still have their voices heard on the city’s recommendations for rezoning part of Broadway to spur housing and other development.
The Department of Planning and Development is proposing “upzoning” Broadway from Devon Avenue to Montrose Avenue, according to materials shared by the department. Upzoning involves changing an area’s zoning designation to allow for more dense development….”
