Management will hold a presentation regarding the upcoming Garage Resurfacing Project, Saturday February 1st at 11am in the 2nd Floor Party Room, to discuss in detail the project which is expected to begin Monday March 2nd. Notices with more information regarding the project and how it is expected unfold should be issued within the next couple weeks.
Following the Town Hall Meeting, the regularly scheduled Resident Forum will be held. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for general discussion and Q&A with Owners AND Residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present.
This is the third of four such forums scheduled by the Board for this business year. The next forum is planned for Monday April 20th 7pm.
All meetings and forums will take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
