Recorded Declaration & Bylaws

The newly recorded, “Consolidated, Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium and By-laws For Park Tower Condominium”, is now available.
The revised Declaration was approved by the Board at the February 12, 2016 Board Meeting. After receiving no objections from Unit Owners, they agreed at the April 9, 2016 meeting to direct the Association’s legal counsel to have it recorded with Cook County. This was done on April 16, 2018.
As previously posted, and consistent with past notices, this document consolidates the original Declaration with all prior amendments into a single document. The language was fully updated by counsel to conform with the Illinois Condo Act as of January 1st 2018, where relevant and appropriate.
