This week, we became aware of a RentCafe update that changed the url to the Owner Portal. RentCafe is the platform that interfaces for payments and communications with our office and accounting system. The new url is https://www.securecafe.com/residentservices/park-tower-condo/userlogin.aspx. If you are being redirected to an unfamiliar interface, or if you find that your password is no longer working, please try updating your bookmark to the new address. As before, you can also click “Payment” on the ptcondo.com menu to reach the Owner Portal.
We are aware that recently, this was redirecting Owners to the incorrect link. However, that has now been resolved.
If you aren’t already registered, you are interested in using the Owner Portal to submit online payments or maintenance requests, please email Danny Bravman at dbravman@habitat.com to register.
On and off this week, if you visited PTCondo.com you may have received an error message, such as “This Site Is Experiencing Critical Errors”.
We were advised that maintenance was done recently to the server hosting PTCondo by ‘Go Daddy’. A decision was made to move us to a new server, with several other unrelated websites. When doing so there was some interference with plug-ins we use through ‘WordPress’. WordPress is the platform we use for design and functionality of the site.
To make a long story short, it took several days to isolate the problems and correct them.
As I’m typing, all appears well and back to normal.
