RCN will be repairing equipment at Park Tower on Tuesday, June 21st. It is anticipated the bulk of the work will be done between 2:00am to 5:00am.
They will not need access to any units, and no action is required on the part of residents. During this time there is expected to be an outage of RCN services – phone, internet and cable. This is necessary as a part of the repairs needed. Please plan accordingly.
If after this repair window you are having issues with your service, please power cycle your equipment. Power cycle = unplug equipment from the power source for 60 seconds. Allow 5 minutes after re-plugging for RCN services to reconnect to the equipment.
