If you have not already scheduled your upgrade to the new Modem, in order to take advantage of the faster 250MBPS speed, plan to do so right away!
You can call RCN Customer Care at (312) 955-2025 Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm to schedule the
installation of your equipment and/or service. Installs can be completed at no charge if installed between
now and Monday, April 1, 2019.
Installations scheduled after April 1, 2019 are subject to standard installation charges.
There will be 2 lobby service nights next week, instead of 1.
Monday March 18th – 5pm to 7pm
and
Tuesday March 19th – 5pm to 7pm
They’ve added the extra night to help answer your questions, and streamline the Modem Upgrade process. Representatives will be present both evenings, and you can stop by at your leisure or as time permits to address any issues you have with your RCN account, to answer questions or get your upgrade scheduled.
If you do not already have the Modem which accommodates the higher speed, you must contact RCN to schedule your install. Free installation is available from Tuesday March 12th through Monday April 1st.

Great news! RCN is pleased to extend our bulk relationship with Park Tower Condominium Association by
providing residents with the latest technology in home entertainment! Your new Bulk Agreement includes the following:

(2) Dual Tuner HD DVR Powered by TiVo

250 Mbps High Speed Internet

The previous Agreement included two Digital Converter boxes and 25 Mbps High Speed Internet Service.
To avoid being billed for the equipment and services that were previously part of the Agreement, please contact RCN and schedule an appointment to have your new equipment and services installed no later than April 1st.
Once scheduled, your two Digital Converter boxes will be upgraded to two Dual Tuner HD DVRs powered by TiVo. You will also receive a new modem and router for the 250 Mbps High Speed Internet Service. It may take up to two billing cycles for these changes to appear on your monthly statement.

2. Sign-up in person. RCN Representatives will be at the building on Monday, March 18, 2019 from 5pm-
7pm to schedule the installation of your equipment and/or service. We’ll also be on hand to answer any
questions regarding your account.
