Effective January 1st, 2020, Park Tower Condo Association will be transitioning management to The Habitat Company.
We will begin using a new accounting system and software in January, and expect The Habitat Company will get payment instructions and other important information distributed throughout the month.
In the meantime we urge all Unit Owners and Garage Parkers to make their January payments directly to the Management Office. If you have an automatic payment set up with FirstService Residential, we urge you to cancel that immediately. For January make your payment by check to the Office. We apologize for any inconvenience. Because of the quick transition to Habitat’s accounting system, we will be handling payments directly until Habitat is fully set up. It will be our goal to reconcile each account through this transition to address lingering issues from the FirstService system while at the same time helping to ensure Owners’ accounts are properly set up for billing in Habitat’s system.

UNFORTUNATELY – There is no electronic payment method at this time. There will be an online system for making payment or setting up a new automatic payment, once The Habitat Company gets their system rolling.
