PROXY FORMS FOR BOARD ELECTION ARE DUE MONDAY JUNE 10th BY 5PM
As of June 7th, the Association’s auditor reported that we only have 11% quorum. We need a minimum of 20% to be able to conduct business.
Monday June 10th at 7:30PM, in the 2nd Floor Party Room, all Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us for the 2024 PTCA Annual Meeting of the Ownership, and Board Election. Two open positions on the Board, for two year terms, will be filled. The Annual Meeting is expected to by followed by the June Board Meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting, please return a proxy by Monday June 10th at 5pm, in the “PROXY BOX” at the front desk.
The next Board Meetings are scheduled for Monday June 24th and July 8th at 7:30PM, in the 2nd Floor Party Room unless otherwise posted.
