This schedule was approved at the June 24, 2024, Board Meeting. All meetings will take place in the 2^nd Floor Party Room: Mondays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 9am, and Wednesday June 4^th (for the expected Meet The Candidates Night) at 7pm, unless otherwise posted. The first Monday meeting each month is expected to be the primary PTCA business meeting. The second meeting will be held as needed to conduct any business necessary between the primary meetings. All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time. Notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for discussing business with owners AND Residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present.  These are scheduled for: Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 7pm; Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 7pm; Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 11am; and Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 7pm. All forums will take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
