Picker & Associates completed their review of the Association’s 2022/2023 Fiscal Year financial statements. Mr. Picker presented their results and spoke about their opinion of the the health of the Association’s financial status, reviewed highlights, areas of interest, and addressed concerns and questions from the Board and Owners.
The audit results are important to understand the health of the Association, determine whether there is any concerns or anomalies for the Board to be aware of, and for preparing a realistic budget for the next fiscal year.
Mr. Picker reported that they delivered an “unqualified” or “clean” opinion. He stated that in his experience and considering observations of other Associations, that Park Tower is generally running a “lean, efficient and clean operation” with little waste or excess.
At the Board Meeting following this presentation, the PTCA Board formally accepted the Audit Report.
